So far so good
Has only been a month and have had no adverse reactions to this. I was using Delgado protocol products prior for hormonal acne. I'll continue to use for a few more months and hopefully hormonal acne that flairs up before my period will subside more.

Clearstem Mindbodyskin
Best supplement I have ever used for acne. The only one that helped combat inflamed breakouts. It took me 2 months to clear completely, but now I only have pimples occasionally. Prior to that, I battled moderate to severe hormonal acne for 4 years. Could not recommend it more for those with hormonal acne!
