BiON Research's Refreshing Toner also has ingredients to increase the water content in the top layers of the skin and is a wonderful skin conditioner.     This is the first time

    This is the first time I've purchased toner since using witch hazel in high school… I love it! My husband uses it as well because he likes how it makes his face tingle as it dries haha. It smells nice and leaves my skin hydrated and glowing!

    Gentle, refreshing, and hydrating! I purchased for my mother. This is her go-to toner for daily toning/cleansing and an extra boost of hydration. Does not strip face or leave behind sticky feeling. Lightly smells of cucumber!
