I'm personally not a fan of products that I have to dip my hands into to access, I prefer pumps for sanitary and other reason. However, I do love the conditioner itself. The smell is not bad, it does leave your hair conditioned, and I love the ingredients. You definitely need to thin it out in your hands first before applying otherwise you'll loose chunks of it to the shower floor.
