I use this twice a week to hydrate and exfoliate my sensitive, blemish prone skin. Once a week I will mix it with the oxygen mask to boost clarifying benefits. I have seen such a difference in my skin and I prefer this over the previous mask I was using as it is very gentle, and smells great!
