Our Rewards Program is our way of saying thank you! By joining, you’ll earn "Glow Points" for activities like making purchases and referring friends. These points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases or for free products. The more Glow Points you earn, the more you can save and enjoy!

Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled in our Rewards Program. No extra steps needed!

You can earn points through various activities, like referring friends and making purchases. To see all the ways to earn points, refer to the Ways to Earn Points section on this page.

You will be able to see your points balance on the header of the loyalty page, when you are logged in.

Go to the Rewards tab to see all available rewards. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for rewards like free products. You can also apply your points for a discount directly at checkout.

No, there’s no limit! Feel free to earn as many points as you can!

Approved: These points are ready to be redeemed for rewards right away.

Pending: These points are awaiting verification before redemption. This usually applies to points from purchases or referrals and typically takes about 5 days for approval.

Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, if you cancel a purchase, the points associated with it will change from pending to cancelled.

Reward points used toward the purchase of a returned item are not refunded. Once reward points are spent, they cannot be reused or returned to your rewards account.

If a friend you referred cancels or returns their order, the pending points from that referral will be cancelled and removed from your account.

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.

If you wish to leave the program, please contact us and request to be unenrolled. Once you’re unenrolled, any points you’ve accumulated will be removed from your account.
