Getting Started

Once you make your purchase, our comprehensive skin evaluation questionnaire will be available in your online account. It asks every question we need to determine your acne type and get to know your lifestyle so we can begin creating a personalized plan just for you. You will also receive instructions on how to send us photos of your skin. These photos are crucial for helping us evaluate your skin and make the best possible recommendations. Be sure to have clean skin, use natural lighting, and use a variety of angles.

Your Commitment

Our experts can make a lot of recommendations, but the change comes from you. To achieve and sustain the clear skin you’ve always wanted, you need to strictly follow the step-by-step plan designed just for you. A large part of committing to your clear-skin plan is using the products and plan prescribed to you. The typical acne-clearing home care regimen starts at $250+, with most products lasting 6 to 8 weeks. We’ll always do our best to work with your budget in mind. In most cases, we suggest making dietary modifications and changes to hair and makeup products as well. It is our commitment to help you achieve your clear skin goals.

Most clients experience clear skin within three months. We do recommend checking in every two weeks so we can monitor your progress.

Your esthetician will educate you on the unique factors contributing to your acne and provide a cohesive treatment plan uniquely suited to your needs and the health of your skin.

Email Check-Ins

We recommend you check-in via email with your esthetician every two weeks to monitor your progress. The skin adapts and evolves in any program every two to three weeks. The ability to check in with your acne coach every two weeks until you are clear is essential to achieving your clear skin goal.
