I have been using this in the evening, right before bed, and I notice a visible difference. My redness is slowly fading and I do not feel as puffy. I keep it in the refrigerator

I ordered 2 of these to do lymphatic drainage on my face and neck. I noticed since my C section that I have had facial swelling and also weird breakouts along my neck, ears and jaw. I have been using the spoons once a week with my hydrabalance serum. I have to say, my face is less puffy and my breakouts are diminishing. My skin looks really healthy and bright too!
