Masks are a wonderful starting point, but probes are where the real precision lives. They let you isolate specific muscles, work targeted areas, and build a treatment that is truly customized to your concerns. This is how professional estheticians work, and with a little practice it becomes second nature at home too.
One thing worth mentioning: while traditional dual probes are the professional standard, my personal favorite for home use is the Anma LIFT Sculpting Probe. Instead of managing two separate probes, the Anma LIFT has conductive nubs spaced at the perfect distance for optimal conductivity, and the whole thing is controlled with one hand. Same professional-grade targeting, significantly easier to use. If you find the standard probes feel like a lot to manage at first, the Anma LIFT is worth considering.
In this video I am covering probe treatments on both the Rejuv and Educate settings, plus my best tips for getting your conductive gel application right, because gel technique makes more of a difference than most people expect.
