1. Preparation
- First Cleanse: Use your favorite daily cleanser to remove sunscreen and makeup.
- Second Cleanse: Follow with a hydrating gel cleanser. We love Dr. esthé Moisture Cleansing Gel or NeoGenesis Cleanser.
- Optional: Apply LED or microcurrent treatment to boost ATP production and mitochondrial function.
2. Nano Treatment
- Attach Cartridge: Secure the single-use nano-cartridge.
- Power On: Press and hold the power button to activate; press again to increase the intensity (RPM).
-
Select Intensity:
- Level 2 (Green): For sensitive/delicate areas.
- Level 3 (Red): For all areas except those with sensitive or very thin skin.
-
Procedure:
- Moisten your skin with Le Mieux Iso Cell Recovery.
- Perform nano passes section by section, keeping the skin damp (reapply as needed).
- Avoid eyelid areas and do not apply pressure —simply glide over the skin.
- Adjust intensity for comfort and sensitivity.
3. Post-Needling
- Gently pat on a healing serum (e.g., Plated Skin Science Intense Serum or NeoGenesis Recovery Serum) onto the treated area and let it dry.
4. Optional Mask
-
CO₂ Lift Pro Carboxy Treatment Mask:
- Apply a thick layer over the face.
- Let it set for 45–60 minutes.
- Gently peel off the mask and remove any residue with a damp cloth.
5. Aftercare
- Makeup: Avoid for at least 30 minutes post-treatment.
- Temperature: Refrain from activities that increase core body temperature for 24 hours.
- Exfoliation: Do not use exfoliants for 3 days.
- Sun Exposure: Avoid prolonged sun exposure for 3 days and always use a mineral-based sunscreen.
6. Troubleshooting
-
Red Track Marks:
- Caused by too much pressure, especially on Level 3.
- Use lighter pressure and adjust the intensity.
- These marks will fade in a few days; expect increased exfoliation with possible dryness/flakiness.
- Avoid retinoids and acids; keep the area well moisturized.
- Treatment Frequency: Limit Level 3 resurfacing to once every 4–5 weeks.
7. Contraindications
Do not use the treatment on:
- Broken, irritated, or inflamed skin
- Areas with impaired barrier function
- Skin that has recently undergone professional/medical treatments
- Areas with recent hair removal
- Skin using prescription or over-the-counter retinoids
