This is an excellent hand
This is an excellent hand cream and worth the splurge. Only problem is you'll want to keep reordering. I have chronically drift hands and superficial palm cracks. It really helps to sooth and hydrate.

I understand why they call this the happy cream. I keep one on my desk and when stressed just put this on my hands and inhale. Very moisturizing and hands feel silky smooth.

Not impressed
I am a nurse and have very dry irritated hands because of the constant hand washing. I had high hopes for this pricey lotion but it is no different than anything else I have used. I guess I'll just stick with Gold Bond.
