My daughter has severe eczema. My SIL who’s an aesthetician recommended the line. It has been very helpful for my 14 yr old. The oil hasn’t caused an acne issues. If anything, she has a few flaky spots as it heals. She usually uses the gentle wash, the oil followed by the hale hush gel. Finishes with an occlusive petroleum over the flaky spots. When used with consistency, the oil makes her face glow. Highly recommend the oil and the entire Hale & Hush line.

I used to use the Nelly Devuyst Hygia and was bummed to see it go. I loved the smell of that one, but this one is much lighter feeling and its great to mix with other product. I find it scary to put an oil on my face for fear of breaking out.. but this feels medicinal and like it prevents breakouts! Thank you!

I have been using this oil on top of night cream I am using because I have dry skin and going through menopause.
It does help my dry skin over night. I recommend this product on top of any cream.
