I have sensitive, acne-prone, congested and combination-oily skin. Most serums, moisturizers, cleansers, and essential oils make me break out, so I was hesistant to try this product. However, I liked the simple but effective list of ingredients in this product. Well, I am overjoyed to say that the Neogenesis Mandelic 8% Serum worked miracles on my skin and I will continue to repurchase it. I have used it for around 6 months now. I only use it at night after cleansing with the Dr. Esthe Powder Cleanser and then I follow up with a little Rosehip oil. It does not make my face tingle or react. The consistency is thin, which I love and you only need one pump to cover your entire face. It plumps my skin and gives me this subtle glow immediately after until the next morning. It has also softened the subtle forehead lines that have appeared in my 30s and helped lighten some really dark post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation spots from acne and allergic reactions. I love it and I’m so happy that I finally found a serum that my skin can tolerate!!

I have really sensitive skin and had to get my barrier stronger to tolerate this, but now that my skin is in a better place, I’m able to use this and am starting to see results! My inflamed acne is calming. Highly recommend an acne consult for coaching with using active products! It’s been super helpful for me and I wish I did it sooner.
