    The poppy seeds really exfoliate

    The poppy seeds really exfoliate well and my skin feels very soft after using it. The smell is just okay, nothing super fantastic. I do love how nourishing this scrub is though, leaves my skin feeling soft but hydrated.

    A few times a week
