Rhonda Allison Pure Omega (Omega 6) is a concentrated, essential-oil-free nutrient oil formulated to protect and deeply hydrate skin that has been compromised by chemical peels, professional treatments, or chronic inflammatory conditions like eczema and psoriasis. With just two targeted fatty acids, this minimalist formula creates a silky, breathable barrier that helps skin recover faster while preventing moisture loss. Because it contains no essential oils, fragrances, or potential irritants, it is exceptionally well suited for skin in its most vulnerable state.
Key Benefits
Creates a Protective Healing Barrier Linoleic acid (omega 6) forms a lipid-rich shield over compromised skin, locking in moisture and protecting raw or freshly treated tissue from environmental exposure.
Significantly Reduces Transepidermal Water Loss The combination of linoleic acid and oleic acid replenishes the skin's natural lipid layer, helping to minimize transepidermal water loss (TEWL) so healing skin stays hydrated longer.
Calms Inflammation in Sensitized Skin Linoleic acid is recognized for its anti-inflammatory properties, making this oil effective at soothing redness, irritation, and flaking associated with post-procedure recovery, eczema, and psoriasis.
Strengthens the Skin's Cellular Membrane Oleic acid (omega 9) integrates into cell membranes to reinforce structural integrity, supporting the skin's ability to repair and rebuild after trauma or chronic barrier disruption.
Free of Common Irritants Formulated without essential oils, fragrance, parabens, or dyes, making it safe for even the most reactive and sensitized skin types.
-
If your skin is healing from a chemical peel, microneedling, laser treatment, or any professional procedure that leaves it raw and vulnerable, this oil was designed specifically for that recovery window. It provides a protective layer without introducing anything that could trigger a reaction.
It is also an excellent daily support oil for anyone managing eczema, psoriasis, or chronic skin rashes where the barrier is persistently compromised and standard moisturizers feel irritating or insufficient.
This is not suitable for acne-prone skin. The oleic acid content can contribute to clogged pores in breakout-prone complexions.
-
When applying to post-peel skin, warm the oil between your fingertips for a few seconds before pressing it gently onto the treated area. This helps the linoleic and oleic acids absorb more evenly and avoids any unnecessary friction on freshly compromised tissue.
-
Prepare: Start with clean, dry skin. If using post-procedure, ensure the treatment area is free of any residual product.
Apply: Dispense 1-2 pumps onto fingertips and gently press into the skin using light, patting motions. Avoid rubbing or dragging across freshly treated areas.
Technique: May be layered over an epidermal growth factor serum for enhanced post-procedure healing support.
Frequency: Use daily, morning and evening, throughout your recovery period or as needed to calm flare-ups associated with eczema or psoriasis.
-
Key Ingredients
- Linoleic Acid: Softens and hydrates dry depleted skin while supplying soothing, healing benefits; penetrates other nutrients into skin tissue, and provides much longer-lasting, intense moisture.

What skin concerns does Rhonda Allison Pure Omega (Omega 6) address?
It is specifically formulated for skin recovering from chemical peels, laser treatments, microneedling, and other professional procedures. It also supports skin affected by eczema, psoriasis, and chronic dryness by reinforcing the lipid barrier and reducing inflammation.
Why does Rhonda Allison Pure Omega (Omega 6) contain only two ingredients?
The minimalist formula is intentional. Compromised skin is highly reactive, and every additional ingredient increases the risk of irritation. Linoleic acid and oleic acid deliver targeted barrier repair and hydration without anything that could disrupt the healing process.
Can I use Rhonda Allison Pure Omega (Omega 6) on acne-prone skin?
This oil is not recommended for acne-prone skin. Oleic acid can contribute to clogged pores in complexions that are prone to breakouts. If you are looking for a barrier-support product suited to acne skin, reach out for a free skincare consultation for a personalized recommendation.
When should I apply Rhonda Allison Pure Omega (Omega 6) in my post-peel routine?
Apply it as the final step in your recovery routine. If you are using an epidermal growth factor serum, apply that first and then layer this oil over the top to seal everything in and create a protective barrier.
Does Rhonda Allison Pure Omega (Omega 6) contain any essential oils or fragrance?
No. It is completely free of essential oils, fragrance, and other common irritants. This makes it safe for use on freshly treated, raw, or highly sensitized skin without risk of triggering a reaction.
How does Rhonda Allison Pure Omega (Omega 6) help with eczema and psoriasis?
Linoleic acid has well-documented anti-inflammatory properties that help calm the redness, itching, and flaking associated with eczema and psoriasis. Combined with oleic acid, the formula reinforces the weakened lipid barrier that characterizes these conditions, reducing moisture loss and helping skin feel more comfortable.
How long will one bottle of Rhonda Allison Pure Omega (Omega 6) last?
Because the formula is concentrated and only 1-2 pumps are needed per application, even the compact size lasts through a full post-procedure recovery cycle. For daily use on eczema or psoriasis, frequency of application will determine how quickly you go through it.

A keeper
This oil was recommended for a peel series I was participating in. I use it when my skin is feeling dry. It will be a stable whenever I do peels in the future. It's not irritating even when my skin feels extremely dry.
