If your skin is on the more sensitive end, start with just one minute of massage time and build toward two minutes as your skin adjusts. This lets you find the level of exfoliation your skin responds to best without overdoing it in the first few uses.

Prepare: Wet face and neck with water before applying.

Apply: Massage a generous amount onto moistened skin for up to two minutes, adjusting time based on your sensitivity level. Avoid the eye area.

Rinse: Rinse thoroughly with cool water and pat dry. Follow with toner, serum, and moisturizer.

Frequency: Use two to three times per week. Apply SPF in the morning after use. Do not use on cracked or broken skin.
