Illuminare Foundation Brush

A Beautiful Foundation Brush

As someone who typically applies Illuminare foundation with my fingers, I decided to give this brush a try to see if it would change my preference. The brush itself feels luxurious on the skin. However, after using it, I realized that I still prefer the control and precision that comes with using my fingers. That being said, I do find myself reaching for this brush when I need to blend foundation around trickier areas like my nose or hairline. It does a great job of smoothing out any streaks or uneven patches.

I prefer my fingers

I think this brush gets the job done but I didn't experience the airbrushed look I was expecting based on reviews. I feel like the foundation blends into my skin better with my own fingers so I'm not using the brush as much anymore but I still have to give the brush credit for doing a decent job of applying foundation.

Great Brush

This brush applies Illuminaire makeup flawlessly. 4 stars because a precious brush from Illuminaire (not this style) only lasted about 2 months and then started losing bristles. Hopeful this one lasts longer. I love how it applies makeup.
