Circadia AquaPorin Hydrating Cream

Circadia AquaPorin Hydrating Cream is a lightweight, yet deeply hydrating peptide moisturizer designed to comfort, smooth, and firm dry or dehydrated skin. It helps improve moisture retention, support the skin barrier, and restore a softer, more supple skin texture.

This moisturizer is best for:

It is especially helpful during harsh weather, seasonal dryness, or barrier recovery. 

Yes. While it contains botanical oils, they are selected for their ability to repair the barrier without being highly comedogenic. It is often recommended for dry, acne-prone individuals who need moisture without triggering breakouts. However, if you are prone to breakouts triggered by nut oils, we recommend using caution. This moisturizer is not suitable for acne-prone or congested skin, oily skin types prone to breakouts, or clients currently following a strict acne-safe routine.

Aquaporins are proteins that form "plumbing" for your cells. This cream uses peptides to signal your skin to create more of these water channels, allowing hydration to move from the deeper layers of your skin to the dehydrated surface.

• Avocado, olive, and macadamia oils – nourish and soften dry skin

AquaPorin technology improves internal hydration by stimulating Aquaporin-3, which increases water movement within the skin. However, it is not a heavy occlusive and does not fully prevent transepidermal water loss (TEWL).

While rich and nourishing, AquaPorin Hydrating Cream is designed to absorb comfortably without a greasy finish, leaving skin soft, smooth, and well hydrated.

Very dry skin types may benefit from layering hydration. Circadia recommends a 3-step hydration approach: 

1. Apply Circadia Moisture On Demand 
2. Apply Circadia AquaPorin Hydrating Cream 
3. Seal with a few drops of Circadia Hydralox 

This method helps maximize hydration and prevent moisture loss.

When used as directed (a pea-sized amount twice daily), one jar typically lasts 2–3 months.
