I have been using this toner for three years and love it. I'm in Arizona so I need a lot of moisture in the summer, and I use this toner in half the amount in the winter. My two teens with 1 oily skin types and 1 dry skin type both use this toner and it works really well for them both. They (and I) love how it smells.
