For a results-driven at-home facial, cleanse thoroughly and let skin dry for a full 20 minutes before starting. Do your first pass with the fine or medium disc, then apply a hydrating enzyme masque to the skin and do a second pass with the fine disc while the masque is on. Rinse well, then layer on a growth factor, stem cell, or exosome serum, followed by a soothing moisturizer. A light tingling sensation lasting up to two minutes after treatment is completely normal. If you are doing this during the day, always finish with a mineral SPF.

Prepare: Use the DermaDisc on clean, dry skin. Allow skin to dry thoroughly after cleansing, ideally waiting about 20 minutes so the surface is completely dry before you begin.

Apply: Start with the fine disc and work your way up to the medium disc as your skin adjusts. Hold the skin taut and use gentle movements to work across the treatment area.

Technique: The fine and medium discs are for face use. Reserve the coarse disc for body areas only, it is not intended for facial skin. After exfoliation, use the smooth tip to cool and calm the skin before applying serums and moisturizer.

Frequency: Use every 7 to 10 days. Pause retinol and exfoliating acid treatments 2 days before each session and wait 2 days after before reintroducing them. If mild surface peeling occurs, keep skin well moisturized and protected, and hold off on active ingredients until peeling has fully stopped for at least 2 days.
