My skin barrier was damaged due to the use of prescription tretinoin. I live in Northern Florida and it's been an unseasonably dry and cold winter and my 59 year old skin just completely freaked out. Xenia suggested a try the Lipid Drops but I was hesitant due to the price but decided to purchase this little kit instead so I could "dip my toe" into these products first. The oil cleanser is interesting - it doesn't have the "slip" of most cleansers so it takes getting used to but I'm not sure I'd order this over other cleansers that I also like. The lipid drops are very nice as well and I do feel that my skin has benefitted from their use. The bottle is actually bigger than I anticipated and I probably got two weeks use out of it using one or two drops in the morning and the evening. I really enjoyed the moisturizer but I do try to only use products that are acne-safe and this moisturizer doesn't have that designation so I just used the cream on my neck. I have not tried the included sheet mask yet. All in all, this is a nice way to try Epicutis products if you're at all interested in them.
