I have tried so many supplements throughout the years but these have been some of the best no doubt. I had tried the ZitSticka Skin Discipline supplement and although the omega is capsulated in the hot weather the capsules will open and spill the oil in the bottle and then everything smells like fish oil, in these capsules the fish oil taste and smell is invisible thankfully!
