• Charge your device
• Cleanse and dry skin
• Secure the device to your hands and wrist using the velcro straps
• Start the 10-minute treatment
• Remove the device and apply moisturizer of choice
• Gently wipe down the device
• Perform three to five 10-minute treatments per week for 4-6 weeks, followed by maintenance as desired
