    make more effective

    I use to love this for light hydration and brightening. RA has reformulated many products and I'm not sure if this should have been left alone or my eye area has different needs but I'm not as fond bad as I use to be. Doesn't seem as effective or shimmering/

    Sparkles and burns

    First off, I mistakenly ordered this product, so I missed the description about "shimmer." I am not a fan of sparkle under my eyes, though it did improve my appearance immediately. However, the real issue was the menthol. My eyes constantly watered with this product because of the "fumes." It was not pleasant for me, and I had to return it. I am sure some people would enjoy that "fresh" feeling.
